Founder's Profile
Advancing Systems-Level Change through Unconventional Leadership
Priscilla Opoku Asante is a systems-level leadership strategist advancing market-based solutions to complex social, economic, and institutional challenges. She is a mental wellness professional, entrepreneur, and founder of ProConnect, a global leadership hub and ecosystem that designs immersive, cross-sector experiences empowering leaders to leverage their multidisciplinary knowledge and skills to create new systems, approaches, and ways of working across industries and communities. Together with her team, she equips leaders to navigate governance, complexity, and transformative systems change with clarity and confidence.
Formally trained in sociology, organizational leadership, governance, and social work, Priscilla brings systems fluency across human behavior, institutional design, and entrepreneurial execution. Her work supports leaders and organizations across public, private, social, and global systems, particularly where rigid structures, siloed leadership, and limited pathways constrain innovation. At this level, she intervenes where institutions determine who gains access, influence, and scale.
Priscilla has served in governance- and policy-adjacent roles, including as a Weber State Presidential Leadership Fellow and community panelist for the Utah Board of International Educators (UBIE) Conference. She has collaborated on community initiatives such as the Weber County Reentry Fair and engaged in institutional boards, national advisory councils, state and legislative meetings, and other prominent governance forums. Her global experience spans the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), African Union convenings, and prior government and diplomatic protocol work at Ghana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, providing a nuanced perspective on cross-cultural leadership and systems-level impact.
As the architect of ProConnect Live’s Four-Pillar Leadership Model, she equips leaders with an integrated framework emphasizing growth mindset, adaptive self-awareness, cross-sector collaboration, systems thinking, economic empowerment, financial fluency, and intergenerational leadership. Her work shapes decisions that drive long-term impact, legitimacy, and institutional resilience.
