At the heart of ProConnect Live is boundaryless (liquid) leadership: the belief that people are multifaceted and multidimensional for a reason and must not be confined to a box because they are called to more. The hub supports them in realizing their fullest potential, creating a transformation that transcends traditional limits.
Founded in 2020, ProConnect Live began as an entrepreneur-centered conversation series.
It served early-stage founders, professionals, and creatives navigating entrepreneurship, career growth, and impact.
Over time, ProConnect Live evolved to address the deeper challenges leaders face: identity, resilience, leadership capacity, and leading with a systems mindset.
Anchoring our ecosystem is The ProExperience, featuring convenings such as ProMindset, ProDialogues, ProWealth, and ProLegacy. These experiences equip leaders to reclaim identity, broaden mindsets, expand networks, and lead with purpose.
