Founded in 2020, ProConnect began as an entrepreneur-focused conversation series serving early-stage founders, professionals, and creatives navigating entrepreneurship, career growth, and impact. Over time, ProConnect evolved to address the deeper challenges leaders face: identity, mindset, resilience, leadership capacity, and systems thinking—that hold even the most capable leaders back.
Anchoring our ecosystem is ProConnect Live; our "ProExperience", featuring convenings such as ProMindset, ProDialogues, ProWealth, and ProLegacy. These experiences equip leaders to reclaim identity, broaden mindsets, bridge systems-level leadership gaps, and lead with purpose.
