Corporate Essence is a mental wellness consulting firm that partners with organizations to build resilient, high-performing workforces.

We deliver tailored leadership and employee workshops, along with exclusive luxury retreats, to elevate organizational performance, strengthen teams, and shape company culture. We also train mental health professionals to scale beyond micro-practice, generating broader impact and diversified income streams.

ProAlly (formerly Live the Life Foundation, founded in 2014) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering children, families, and communities to experience real transformation—not just to feel supported, but to truly thrive.

Our targeted projects, outreach initiatives, and opportunities to give, serve, and advocate create lasting impact, fostering a life of purpose, generosity, and connection.
